At Madhukar Honey, we take great care in delivering pure and high-quality honey products to our customers. Due to the nature of food products, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure hygiene, safety, and fairness.
1. Returns Eligibility
Since honey is a consumable food product, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in the following cases:

Damaged product received

Leaking or broken packaging

Wrong product delivered
To be eligible for a return or replacement:

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

The product must be unused and unopened

Original packaging and invoice should be available
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with:

Order ID

Clear photos or videos of the product

Description of the issue
Once verified, we will provide:

✅ Refund, based on product availability
3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Please note that banks or payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the amount.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened or partially used products

Products damaged due to customer handling

Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
